In the event that anything should go wrong with a Active Pixel product, our service department is available and ready to help our customers with prompt, courteous responses and quick turnaround schedules for any repairs that are necessary.
Warranty Terms
Warranty is not covered in case of damaged or burned cases.
This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the product.
This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the
content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Active Pixel shall not be responsible.
Paid service can be provided if the product is out of warranty or is not covered under warranty terms.
